Velma Frazier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Frazier of Woodville, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doralee Frazier and Mae Emmer Goolsbee Frazier; and her brother Eddie Redd. She is survived by: her brother Franklin Ellison of Woodville. She is also survived by relatives, friends.
