She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Richoux and Odella Verdos Richoux; her husband Robert Douglas Cotton; her children, Robert Earl Cotton, Charles Cotton and Rebecca Mullican; and her brother Irving Richoux.

She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Christie, Cathy Courtney, Jeffery Cotton and Pok Cotton; and her siblings, Thelma Kiger, Carol Richoux and Rickie Richoux. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
