It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Carl Jr. of Woodville, Texas, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eastern, Sr. and Estelle Miller Carl; and his siblings, Earnest Lee Carl and Joyce Best. He is survived by: his wife Gay Carl of Woodville; his children, Debbie Darville (Roy) of Marshall, Keith Carl (Lori) of Port Neches and Kevin Carl (Peggy) of Buna; his brother James Carl of Nederland; his grandchildren, Brian Darville, Andrew Darville (Heather), Mattie Riu (Tim), Michael Carl (Laura), Alison Carl, Emily Carl, Amy Tallerita (Beau), Zachary Carl (Channing), Seth Carl, Chloe Carl, Sophie Carl, Jonathan Carl (Jessica) and Matthew Carl (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Kyson Darville, Blake Darville, Emerald Riu, Felix Riu, Annette Carl and Charlotte Carl; and his close friend Jimmy Telford.
To protect each other from COVID-19 infection we ask that you comply with CDC Social Distancing Guidelines as well as Governor Greg Abbott's request that a face covering be utilized before entering this facility. Funerals are currently a public event being held during the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Woodville or Egypt Cemetery fund.
