He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Virgil Smallwood, Sr. and Lydia Bragg Smallwood; his son William Travis Smallwood; and his siblings, Shirley Young, Margaret Hooks, Doris Smallwood and James Smallwood.
He is survived by: his sisters, Louise Kinard of Woodville and Delores Gore (Robert) of Silsbee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
