He is survived by: his sister Eileen McGinnis of Houston, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Laurie Black (Harvey) of Jersey Village, Jennifer Eby (John) of Kingwood, Texas, Lance Smith (Vicki) of Hockley and Michael McGinnis (Lisa) of The Woodlands, Texas; his sister-in-law Judy McGinnis of Jersey Village, Texas; and his caregiver Rhonda.
