He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Minister Christine McNeal, Willie McNeal, Edward and Maybell McQueen. He is survived by: his parents, Margaret McNeal Joseph of Beaumont and Eddie Wayne McQueen of Woodville; his children, Mekhi McNeal, Mia McNeal, Carson Jewel, Sincere McNeal and Mark McNeal, Jr.; and his brother Matthew McNeal of Beaumont. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and friends.
