She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. John Spanhanks; her parents, Cullie Crisp and Amanda Crisp; and her siblings, Kelton, Charles, Harlow, Tony, George, Clyde, Gennie Sue, Ivalyne and GertiLee.
She is survived by: her brothers, J. T., Hansford and Wayne Crisp; and her children, Zane Spanhanks (Teri) of Bronson, Wayne Spanhanks (Helen) of Longview, Texas., Pamela Lewis (Wesley) of Kountze and Paula Willmon (Ron) of Woodville, Texas.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
