It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Handy of Woodville, Texas, born in Waskom, Texas, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fry and Ozella Fry; her siblings, Debbie Abens, Bobbie Fry and Eugene Ryals; and her granddaughter Erin Gray.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Handy of Woodville, Texas; her children, Charles "Coon" Odom (Joni) of Woodville, William Handy (Shelby) of Livingston, Texas, Jennifer Shackelford (William) of Woodville, Cherie O'Neal (Danny) of Huntington, Kimberly Powell (KC Manning) of Nacogdoches and Heather Lindsey (Patrick Pierce); her sisters, Francis Freeman of Fred and Betty Fry (Eddie) of Huntington, Texas; her grandchildren, Charles Curtis Odom, Austin Odom, Sean O'Neal, Justin O'Neal, Hannah Odom, Caleb Powell, Ryan Powell, Tanner Powell, Jacob Powell, Amber Lindsey, Madelyn Handy, Logan O'Neal, Ana Manning, Kelli Odom, Megan Odom, Boogie Butler and Maegan Rains Odom; and her great grandchildren, Miley Odom, Maryn Odom, Ava Odom, Jaxon Irwin, Kinzlee Brooks and Prestin Brooks.
