She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Charles and Essie Nix. She is survived by: her husband John Chley; her daughter LaTonia Payne; her grandchildren, Kai and Kenton; and her siblings, Laura Nix, Rosie Nix, JoAnn Hunter, Carolyn Smith (Gerald), Charles Nix (Teresa) and Clarence Nix. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
