He is survived by: his wife Willie Jean Lewis of Woodville, TX; his children, Shameca Thompson of Woodville, TX and Malcolm Lewis, Sr. of Woodville, TX; and his siblings, Anthony Lewis of Lufkin, TX, Donnise Lewis (Mahogony) of Woodville, TX, Dallas Lewis III of Corrigan, TX, Edward Lewis (Carlicia) of Lufkin, TX, Iris Jones (Renwick) of Alexandria, LA and Lahoma Harrell (Burt) of Lufkin, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
