He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richter and Henrietta Richter; and his former wife Linda Richter. He is survived by: his wife Jane Moses Richter of Woodville; his sons, Douglas Richter (Shellie) of Beaumont and Mark Richter (Betsy) of Silsbee; his sister Jean Richter of Spartenburg; his grandchildren, Elissa Richter, Eric Richter (Ashton), Ashley Richter (Trey Gibson) and Justin Richter; and his great grandchild Caleb Richter.
