It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo Ann Thornton (Woodville, Texas), who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Richard Toby Rico; and her siblings, Eula Hardage, Fannie Lou Wadford, J. D. Gilmer, Huey Gilmer, Mary Watkins, John Spear Gilmer Junior, Martha Strickland, Frank Gilmer and Helen Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L Thornton; her children, Johnnie Thornton, Donna McGrew and Mark Thornton; her grandchildren, Anna Rico, Kyle Lalumandier (Christi Matlock) and Robert McGrew; and her great grandchildren, Johnzie Carnley and Landon Lalumandier.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Alzheimer Association will be greatly appreciated.
