He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Havins Sr. and Jean Ann. He is survived by: his children, Karissa Havins of Garrison, Texas, Josh Havins of Center and Dr. Jeremiah Havins of Waco, Texas; his siblings, Jerry L. Havins, Joe W. Havins, Jeannie L. Lory, Julie R. Davis, Judy F. Hairell and Jane M. Stager; and his grandchildren, Mason Havins, Mia Havins, Maddox Havins, Brenlee Havins, Beckett Havins, Carter Havins and Lennon Havins.
