He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law John Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Carol Higginbotham; his sons, Robert K. Barton of Doucette and James Wesley Higginbotham, IV; his wife Talinda of Colorado Springs, CO; his daughter Tommie L. Autry (Chris) of Norman, OK; his sister Vicki Hardin (Randall) of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Heather Leigh Barton, Robert K. Barton, Emily Barton, Kayla Jean Higginbotham, James Wesley Higginbotham and Calvin Edward Autry; and also Ann Lette of Ashville, NC.
