He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Frank Clark and Lillie Bell Young Clark; his wife Mary Frances; his daughter Cezila Ann Zinnante; and his siblings, Jerry Earl Clark and Avon Page Ogden.
He is survived by: his daughter Tamberly Gail McCullough (Richard) of Woodville; his grandsons, Robert McCullough (Becky), Peter Zinnante (Katrina) and Jason Zinnante; his great grandchildren, Blakley McCullough, Clayton, Kaden, Addison Zinnante, Paisleigh and Avery Zinnante; his sisters, Francis Smith, Jewel Murphy and Peggy Morrell; and also Bryant Kolb. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
