He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Green and Demaris Green. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his stepchildren, Josh McClure (Christa) of Woodville, Jill Nichols (Reece) of Henderson and Jinger Fowler (Kris) of Warren, Texas; and his brothers, Philip Green of Albuquerque and Kyle Green of Woodville, Texas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
