He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mooney Wisenbaker and Avalene Carroll Wisenbaker; his sister Patricia Wisenbaker; and his son Michael Wisenbaker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Wisenbaker; his daughters, Melinda Wisenbaker, Zelphia Plunk and Teresa Ann Bailey; his siblings, Vera Hicks and Robert E. Wisenbaker; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Clements, Chasity Jameson, Ashley Gennings and Michael Edward, II. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
