He was predeceased by: his father James Conklin; and his grandmother Flora Deanie McMichael Conklin. He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Horn of Woodville; his siblings, Douglas Edward Conklin (Connie) of Virginia and Teri Lynn Conklin of Silsbee; his nephew Ryan Aaron Conklin; his niece Celina Marie Conklin; and his aunt Mary Ellen Hoppe of Ashland, Alabama. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
