He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Garrett and Avis Garrett. He is survived by: his girlfriend Alice Yanchak; his daughter Sloan Silva; his son-in-law Forest Silva; his grandsons, Lincoln, Jax and Kash Silva; and his sister Debra Webb (Bruce Webb). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rosewood Funeral Home (3939 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77503). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
