He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Owens and Lillie Owens. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Owens; his children, Benny Owens (Bonnie) of Fred and Missy Tolbert (Gary) of Woodville; his grandchildren, Blake Carpenter, Kullen Wheeler, Ethan Owens, Haley Tolbert and Lillie Tolbert; his great grandchildren, Addison, Weston, Serenity and Scarlett; and his brother Pat Owens. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riley Funeral Home (913 US-190, Woodville, TX 75979). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
