She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Moore and Christine A. Moore; her husband David Perkins; and her brother Anthony Moore. She is survived by: her son Matthew Dent; and her granddaughter Alyssa Dent. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
