It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Phillips of Woodville, Texas, born in Atlanta, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Byron Phillips and Lillian Phillips; his wife Patricia Phillips; and his daughters, Carla Suson and Sandra Raney. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
