He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ray O'Neal (Cherie) of Huntington, Cheryl Spagnuolo of Loudon, Jennifer Pitts (Will) of Beaumont and Erin O'Neal Swearengin of Tomball; his sisters, Lavata Faye O'Neal of Knoxville, TN and Johnnie Lynn McGill of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Joseph Spagnuolo, Christina Downey, Charles Odom, Austin Odom, Sean O'Neal, Justin O'Neal, Logan O'Neal, Derrick Guthrie, Hayley Guthrie, Haley Pitts, Tyler Pitts, Nicholas Joseph, Jackson Joseph, Connor Swearengin, Blake Swearengin and Jacob Swearengin; and his great grandchildren, Miley Odom, Maryn Odom, Jaxon Irwin, Kinzlee Brooks, Prestin Brooks and Ava Odom.
