He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Watkins and Dorothy Edna Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Editha Watkins; his son Billy Joe Watkins (Jennifer); his grandchildren, P. J. and CeCe Watkins; and his sister Deborah Rogers (Charles). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
