She is survived by: her children, Bennie Dell Mullins (Jennifer), Katherine Ann Angelo (Marv), Anita Kay Mitchell, John William Mullins and Richard Wayne Mullins; and her siblings, Mary Jo Widman, Willistine Sweetser and Martha Ann Thompson (Larry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
