He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmon Latham and Lucile Latham; his sisters, Keitha Tate, Guan Blackerby and Remonia Latham; his grandson Kevin Brock Latham; his brothers, TJ Latham, Donald Latham, Cruz Latham and Powell Latham; and his siblings-in-law, Eva Boyd Latham and Frank Blackerby.

He is survived by: his spouse Valene Shaw; his sons, Kevin Latham (Barbara) of Abilene, Dow Latham (Karen) of Omaha and Wes Latham (Kacy) of Munday, Texas; the mother of his children Valene Latham of Throckmorton, Texas; his brothers, Zane Latham (Diane) of Clyde and Quein Latham (Susie) of Reedsville, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Earl Tate of Fort Worth, Texas, Pam Latham of Clyde and Martha Loggains (Chuck) of Breckenridge, Texas; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Collin, Keeley, Madison, Cooper, Kyson, Luke and Mackenzie. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations in Kenneth's name can be made to either Meals on Wheels in Woodson or to the Ben Richey Boys Ranch in Abilene.
