He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Eugene Willingham and Lena Willingham (Brown); his son John R. Willingham; his sister Margaret Robinson; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Robinson and Verlene Willingham.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Willingham (Lisa) and Arlissa Schober (Bill); and his brother Glenn Willingham. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Arliss' name be made to either the Woodson Volunteer Fire Department or the Throckmorton County EMS.
