He was predeceased by: his parents, Refujia Castillo and Marcus Castillo; his daughter Destiny Ann Castillo; and his siblings, Andrew, Irene and Ralph Castillo.
He is survived by: his wife Samantha Castillo of Wolfforth; his children, Isaac Castillo (Sherry) of Lubbock and Olivia Grace Castillo of Wolfforth; his grandchildren, Alexis, DJ Herrera and Isaiah Castillo of Lubbock; and his siblings, Sylvia Todd (Leeroy) of Slaton, Rosalinda Ysasaga (Jimmy) of Slaton, Jesus Castillo (Teatra) of Slaton, Lisa Castillo of Fort Worth, Edward Castillo (Mary) of Slaton, Willy Castillo of Slaton and Martha Castillo of Lubbock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
