He is survived by: his wife Janis; his brothers, Henry Payne (Janet) of Amarillo and Stan Payne (Denice) of Floydada; his children, Jana Penka (Michael) of Planview, Neil Payne (Denee) of Andover and Lana Turner (Mike) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Kaci Howerton (John) of Lubbock, Annie Gonzales (Frankie) of Lubbock, Jared Payne of Lubbock, Evan Payne (Brittany) of Lubbock, Emily Payne of Lubbock and Joanie Reecer of Idledale; and his great grandchildren, Raiven Anderson of Wolfforth, Qiryn Anderson of Wolfforth, Natalie Gonzales of Wolfforth and Brooklynn Payne of Wolfforth.
