She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cox and Mildred Dickerson Cox Hunter; and her siblings, Virginia Impson and Kenneth Hunter. She is survived by: her husband David Daniels of Lubbock; her children, Diane Barnett (David) of Lubbock and David Daniels (Dana) of Wichita Falls; her grandchildren, Whitney Cochran (Jordan), Kenny Barnett, Douglas Daniels and Cherise Daniels; her great grandchildren, Everett and Callie Cochran; and her brothers, Eddie Hunter of Florida and Wes Hunter of Florida.
Her sense of humor and "never say die" attitude carried her through the considerable hardships and heartache of Parkinson's disease.
