She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Ray Barton and Dorothy Barton (Fields); and her siblings, Lemuel Barton, Dorothy Baines, Ray Dean Piguet and Violet Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Mathia; her children, Bobbie Jobe (Carl), Karen Crow (Morris), Linda Williams (Larry), Edward Mathia (Kristi), Timothy Mathia (Sara) and Mark Mathia (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Jason, Kevin, Alyssa, Joshua, Jennifer, Lance, Eli, Xen, Callie, Addison, Jeremy, Corinne, Anna and Mary.
