It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Junior Shive (Wolfe City, Texas), who passed away on October 22, 2017, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon C. and Mary M. Nix Shive; his siblings, Edward C. Shive, Margaret C. Fisk, Mary Jim Clements and Francis R. Guerrero; and his great grandchild Destiny Shive.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie. He is also survived by three children, his many grand/great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
