He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clifford Scoggins, Sr. and Willie Edna Craig Scoggins; his spouse Dortheda Wilkes; his brothers, Harvey Scoggins, Jr. and Benny Scoggins; and his sister-in-law Mary Scoggins.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Scoggins (Carol); his sister-in-law Wanda Scoggins; his children, Jonathan Scoggins (Ayen) and Daphne Scoggins Weatherford (Steve); and his grandchildren, Andrew Burnes (Reagan), Brandon Scoggins, Ashley Weatherford and Emily Weatherford.
