He is survived by: his wife Frances Bell; his children, Michele Linex (Martin), Mindy Neel (Chad Mashburn) and Howard Wade Neel (Heather); his grandchildren, Melissa Shull, Crystal Ricoy, Jennifer Bowen, Blake Neel, Kelli Peacock, Daniel Neel, Rachel Neel, Jamie Neel, Michael Neel Jr. and Savannah Neel; and his sister Florence Barnes. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
