He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grimes of Wolfe City; his children, Candy (Gordon Jones), Elton Jr. (Kris Grimes), Dusty Ford of Godley, Sonny Cunningham of Greenville and Scott Cunningham of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Emily, Kendra, Shelby, Ryan, Tyler, Brandon, Joseph, Chelsea, Carrie, Cody and Andrew; his great grandchild Collin; and his siblings, John, Jana Grimes of Dripping Springs, Travis, Carol Grimes of Odessa and Joyce Martin of Grand Prairie.
