Edgar Wayne Morgan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2025, at the age of 88, Edgar Wayne Morgan (Wolfe City, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Morgan and Vivian Stephens Morgan; his siblings, James Daniel Morgan and Orpha Morgan Crain; and his wife LaWanna Morgan.
He is survived by: his brother Bill Morgan; his children, Sherri Morgan, Tina Morgan Freeman (Troy) and Mark Morgan (Christy); and his grandchildren, Brittany Meier, Sheena Salazar, Ashley Carter and Nicholas Rojas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rw Owens Funeral Home (200 Santa Fe St, Wolfe City, TX 75496). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (934 Co Rd 4818, Wolfe City, TX 75496).
