He was predeceased by: his sister Sylvia Thomas; and his niece Julie Thomas. He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Nelson; his children, Courtney Trunks (Chris) of Allen, Drew Thomas (Ravis) of Cooper and Emily Wood of Wolfe City; his husband Ronnie of Longview; his brother Dennis Thomas (Judy Dallas); and also, Amy Self (Mitch) of Wolfe City, Jadyn, Carder Lewis, Sydney, Hayley Trunks, Macie and Andie Self.
