It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbye Virginia Humphries (Wolfe City, Texas), who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Thomas and Alpha Killebrew Thomas; her son Jake Humphries; her grandson Riley Cade Humphries; and her siblings-in-law, Alvin, Exle Humphries and Bobbye.
She is survived by: her children, Kelli of Commerce and Tory (Daidre) of Sulphur Springs; her grandchildren, Chad Jones (Maegan) of Commerce, Jonathan Jones (Danielle) of Plano, Lauren Spataro (Jocko) of Sulphur Springs, Ryan Humphries of Sulphur Springs and Evan Humphries of Commerce; her great grandchildren, Joplynn and Marshall; her husband Danny; her daughter-in-law Marie of Commerce; her sister Dannie Lou Phillips (David) of Cooper; and her brother-in-law Kent Humphries of Springtown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
