He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Daniel and Eliza Phillips Daniel; his sister Faye Daniel Lumpkin; and his brother-in-law Ray Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hooe (Maggie); his nephew Bradley Lumpkin (Kathleen); and his great-nephew Hagen Lumpkin (Michaela) of Wolfe City. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Mt. Carmel Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 9, Wolfe City, Texas, 75496.
