It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Harrison Hubbard Jr. of Winters, Texas, born in Ballinger, Texas, who passed away on July 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Johnson and Samuel Hubbard, Sr.; his wife Laverta Marie Hubbard; and his siblings, Anthony Hubbard, Oscar Hubbard and Vivian Hubbard.

He is survived by: his children, Cary L. Hubbard (Maria) of Winters and Daryl L. Hubbard of Winters; his siblings, Raymond Hubbard (Amalia) of New York, Carolyn Belk of Winters, Richard Hubbard (Betty) of Midland, Mitchell Hubbard of Winters, Freda Hubbard of Plainview, Kenneth Hubbard (Jemema) of San Angelo and Greg Hubbard of San Angelo; and his grandchildren, Hannah Hubbard, Paulina Moreno, Samantha Hubbard, Darius Hubbard, Layla Hubbard and Jaylon Cobbs.
