He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca McKown; his sister Barbara Cook; his wife Mary Ellen Moore of Winters; his son Russell Moore (Shelly) of Louisville; his siblings, Diedra Morris of Allen and Larry Moore of Hodges; his grandchildren, Jennifer Parrish (Austin), Audrey Moore, Nathan Moore, Garrison Moore and Amber Porter; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Brantley, Tyler Parrish, Braylen Bryant and Emma Bryant.
