As Elmer departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elmer may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elmer leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phillips and Silva Phillips; his daughter Debbie Palm; his granddaughter Tasha O'Dell; and his brother Ray Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his daughters, Lisa Holder and Connie O'Dell (Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Remington and Rafferty O'Dell. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
