It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Gardner of Winters, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Perkins and Jennie Perkins; her husband Tommy Garnder; her son John Wayne Gardner; and her siblings, Clifford Perkins, Edgar Perkins, Jesse Perkins, Lorima Morton and Catherine Vandver.
She is survived by: her sons, BJ Gardner, Jeremiah Gardner (Brandy) and Joseph Gardner; and her siblings, Pauline Wright (Walter) and Calvin Perkins. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Winters Funeral Home (120 State St, Winters, TX 79567). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Wilmeth Cemetery.
