She is survived by: her children, Barbara Belitz Smith (Roy) of Burnet, Mike Belitz of Winters and Mark Belitz of Abilene; her grandchildren, Chad O'Neal, Mason O'Neal, Amanda May and Austin Belitz; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Lively and Taylor May.
