He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ella Mae Heacker and Wesley Mec Dees; his wife Winona; his children, Dianne (Bill), Wayne and Suzanne (David); and his grandchildren, Leah (John), Logan (Mara) and Robynn (David).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in his memory to the First United Methodist Church of Denton or to an organization of your choice.
