He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Simonds and Eva Hightower Simonds; and his children, Clinton William Simonds and Ruth Ann Simonds. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Simonds of Winnsboro; his son Perry Simonds (Kristin) of Lavon; his sister Ruth Lampe (Bob) of Quitman; his grandchildren, Stephen Perry Simonds, Danielle Renee Simonds, Elayna Grace Simonds, Alyssa Marie Schumacher and Ryan Patrick Schumacher; and his great grandchild Madelyn Simonds.
