She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Hollon and Hilda Barrier Hollon; her husband Allen Cook; her daughters, Sandra Turner and Nancy Chandler; her sisters, Phylis Day, Pat Wolf and Elaine Stubbs; and her grandson Justin Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Mitcham of Tyler and Tommy Cook (Donni) of Tyler. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
