She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fielden and Myrtle Fielden (Maloney); her husband Noah Folmar, Jr.; her son Bob Folmar; and her siblings, Loy, Raymond, Cloyse Fielden, Hughlene Bullington and Nelda Beard.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Folmar (Christine) and Sandy Folmar Taylor; and her grandchildren, Scott Hansen (Jo Elda), Lane Montgomery (Michael), Wesley Folmar, Janice Gray (Tom), Tracy Rimpell (Joy), Stuart Folmar (Janessa), Tasha Morgan (Brandon) and Gaylon Folmar. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-grandchildren.
