He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Jean McCarley of Winnsboro; his wife Joyce McCarley; his son Shawn Thomas McCarley (Michelle) of Cookville; his siblings, Susie and Jeff Zimmerman of Winnsboro; and his grandchildren, Ty Thomas McCarley, Colby Henigan, Cassity Henigan and Callie Jo Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnsboro Church of Christ.
