He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Avery and Marylou Mazey Duenkel. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Poe; his children, Tyler of Mt. Vernon and Kristy Lynn Worley (Ray) of Miami; his granddaughters, Nikita Harvill (Ricky) of Miami and Larissa Worley of Miami; and his sister Cynthia Ann Fuentes (Albert) of Auburn.
